Project Timelines

Programming for Buildings 50, 3 and 4

 Short term space allocation has been finalized with the CCEC and COAS Chairs.

A cost estimate is in progress.

2.

Student Wellness and Sports Education

The frame is finished and the second floor concrete has been poured.

A fee proposal has been received from the architects of Jamba Juice. The terms will need to be revised to be in compliance with state regulations.

Completion is still scheduled for May 2012.

3.

Biological Sciences Building

There are currently no issues. Completions is anticipated for February 2012.

A tour of the building will be scheduled for next month.

4.

Education Building: DRC, OCT, Veterans Services and Leadership Institute Offices

This project has reached substantial completion.

The first group will be moving in at the end of November.

5.

Science & Engineering Remedial Work

Currently no issues.

On schedule for completion in January.

6.

Dining Facility

The footings and foundations are in as well as the stair towers.

Construction is scheduled for completion in August 2012.

Floors 3 and 4 have been funded and can now be designed.

7.

NE Connector Road/Lot 34

Permitting issues are being resolved.

Bids are due Thursday and construction should start in December.

The Space Committee was invited to tour the expansion of Education Building.
