Project Timelines
- Sanctuary and Meditation Center
 To date, $2M in gifts and commitments have been identified.
 The new location has been approved.
2.
JJ Daniel Hall (Building 1)
- Furniture, carpeting and wall covering are on order.
3.
Student Wellness and Sports Education
- This project is in progress.
- Will bid the last package in the next two weeks.
- Occupancy is scheduled for February 2012.

Science and Humanities Building
- Occupancy is scheduled for February 2012. The project is on budget.
- Precast panels are being installed.
5.
Education Building: DRC, OCT, Veterans Services and Leadership Institute Offices
- Underground utilities have been relocated.
- The finding of unsuitable materials has moved this project one week behind schedule.
- The consultants have met with the occupants.
6.
Science & Engineering Remedial Work
- This project is in progress.
- Numerous defects have been discovered.
7.
Building 9 – 2nd Floor – History
- Substantial completion is expected next week.
- Furniture will be ordered next week.
- The History Department will move after spring semester.

Art & Design Building Program
- The final program has been received and includes a few items which need to be
addressed.

The current projected cost is $45M and includes a 3 story building with 109,000
GSF.
Dining Facility
- Completion is scheduled for August 2012.
- There have been three design meetings with the consultants.
- The consultants have been asked to present the final schematic and then a
presentation will be scheduled for the Executive Committee and other interested
parties.
10.
Interim Space for Chartwells Offices
- Chartwells employees will be temporarily relocated to the former Greek Shipping
Company space in Building 8 while the dining facility is built.
11.
Programming for Buildings 3, 4 and 50
- Programming for Buildings 3, 4 and 50 has begun.
- Zak Ovadia will meet with the Science & Engineering staff regarding their needs.
12.
Additional Items
- Outdoor Restrooms for North Fields
 Utility drawings are 90% complete.
 Delivery of restrooms is scheduled for April and should be available for
student use in the summer.
