JOB SUMMARY: Assist in coordinating, planning and implementing the academic and noncredit registration functions. Provide accurate and proper documentation to comply with State
guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide a variety of services to students, staff/faculty and outside

agencies. Serves as a campus liaison.
2. Implement a variety of academic and non-credit registration functions.
Process the enrollment for academic suspension and for returning
probation students.

3. Assist the Student Services Manager with the Registrar, Admissions and
Continuing Education daily campus functions to provide services to
students, campus employees and to the community.

4. Interpret procedures, policies, rules and regulations.

5. Assist with other duties, to include guidance to staff members, maintaining
office equipment and the authorization of posted materials.

6. Other duties as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Assistant Registrar.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: One year of college or 30 semester credit hours.
EXPERIENCE: Three years.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, ability to work within
stressful environments, good oral and written communication, and the ability to
manage multiple complex activities and projects.

2. Equipment Used: Personal Computer, fax, telephone, copier, and other equipment
associated with an office environment.
3. Software Used: A variety of word-processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and
presentation software.
