ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: YEARLY PERCENT OF TIME 45% 1. Develop, conduct, and coordinate soft skills educational training programs and workshops for administrative, classified and professional staff. 2. Management, leadership, direction, and implementation of the annual staff retreat. 20% 3. Liaison to department heads to provide customized educational training and workshops for EPCC employees. 15% 4. Research, study, and development of soft skills educational programs. 5% 5. Research, study, and review of educational books, videos, and music to maintain and enhance the HRD educational resource library. 5% 6. Coordination and administration of the professional development leave program. 5% 7.
