TINSELTOWN TATTLER…
BRAD PITT has gotten an emergency restraining order against the Ukrainian
prankster that jumped him Wednesday night at the Hollywood premiere of
Angelina Jolie’s Maleficient. Vitalii Sediuk was still in jail at last report and
everyone is getting tired of his shtick as he’s been fired by the TV station he
worked for and his publicist has dumped him. TMZ is saying the LA city attorney
will try and get him banned from all high-profile entertainment events in the area
in addition to any charges he may be facing.
GWYNETH PALTROW cheesed off a lot of people by comparing Internet insults
thrown her way to war. Gwyneth complained that she's been dehumanized by
widespread Internet trash-talking saying, "You come across [comments] about
yourself and about your friends, and it’s a very dehumanizing thing. It’s almost
like how, in war, you go through this bloody, dehumanizing thing, and then
something is defined out of it." Aside from being called out by a number of
veterans groups, Senator John McCain’s wife, Cindy, said “Perhaps Gwyneth
Paltrow should go out on patrol with some soldiers."
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE touched off an international incident after posting a photo
of himself on Instagram in front of the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City with
the caption, "The Holy Land...What an experience…I will never forget this day."
However, the trouble started for Justin when he used the hashtag Israel. Outraged
responses included, "You are in Palestine not Israel" and "There was never an
Israel, there was always Palestine." Justin hasn’t addressed the controversy.
This may be pulp fiction, but Us Weekly says QUENTIN TARANTINO and UMA
THURMAN have taken their relationship to the next level after making a number
of movies together. They recently shared a villa at the Cannes Film Festival and an
insider says, "They had a thing and got together again recently. He's loved her for
years." Another source said, "There’s always been an attraction. She has indulged
from time to time, and that's how their relationship has always worked."

TINSELTOWN TATTLER 2…
Modern Family star ERIC STONESTREET got into a brief social media kerfuffle
with GENE SIMMONS and PAUL STANLEY of Kiss after they shared an airline
flight with his mother. Stonestreet called out Simmons for bullying his mom out of
her seat and then mocking her by saying he owned the airplane they were on and
asking for her autograph and calling her "Aunt Bee." Stanley tweeted it was just a
misunderstanding while Simmons fired back claiming the whole thing was made
up, and he "would never be mean, especially to mothers." Stonestreet accepted
their explanations and said, “I will tape my glow in the dark KISS posters back
together now." Stonestreet later tweeted a separate response to Simmons, telling
him: “I assure u, I will have a stern talk with my mom about making up stories.”
SELENA GOMEZ’S grandfather has revealed she’s being treated for lupus.
Gomez has just returned from Nepal where she visited as a UNICEF ambassador to
bring attention to children in need. Her grandfather told Radar Online that she was
diagnosed several years ago, but is getting along pretty good. However, he said
that various issues, including her bumpy relationship with Justin Bieber, her stint
in rehab and her grueling work schedule, have exacerbated her condition. Selena’s
grandfather also commented about Bieber, saying he used to be a real nice boy and
totally different from what he is now.
LEVAR BURTON launched a Kickstarter campaign to bring the app version of his

erupted into cheers and applause. So far, the campaign has raised more than $2.3
million and counting. (See here)

If you’re wondering what prompted STEVE PERRY to join the Eels for his first
live performance in 19 years, Eels frontman E says Perry began attending their
concerts about a decade ago and asked to meet, but E blew him off because he
wasn’t a Journey fan. After a friend encouraged the meeting, E discovered Steve is
cool and invited him to their weekly Sunday croquet matches. Eventually Perry
started showing up unannounced to their rehearsals where they tried to goad him
into singing a Journey song, but he wouldn’t bite. Finally, a few years ago, he sang

Toronto party Mayor Rob Ford took a break from rehab to celebrate his
45th birthday this week. In what may not have been the best choice of venues for

spirits" and drank only diet soda during dinner.

Fans of Sriracha can breathe a sigh of relief…unless they live near the factory that
makes the stuff. Officials in Irwindale, California have voted to drop a public
nuisance declaration and lawsuit against the makers of the hot sauce. Some people
downwind of the plant had complained that the fumes from the Sriracha factory
had made it difficult to breathe. No word on what prompted the city council to
change its position, but it would seem to have to do with money and jobs.
Heber City, Utah’s Wasatch High School apparently felt that some of their
graduating seniors were too sexy for their yearbook. The school took it upon
themselves to edit the photos of girls they considered to be showing too much skin,
adding higher necklines or sleeves. Some female students were upset, including
sophomore Shelby Baum, who said she felt like the school was "trying to shame
you of your body." In her original yearbook photo, Baum wore a V-neck T-shirt
revealing a tattoo on her collarbone that reads, "I am enough the way I am." The
altered photo shows a higher, square neckline that covers the tattoo.

THE WATERCOOLER 2…
If Utah's Escalante Petrified Forest State Park is in your summer travel plans, you
may want to refrain from taking any of the petrified forest home with you. Many
visitors now believe the legend of the park having a curse on anyone that takes
home a sample. The park manager says every year he has as many as a dozen
pieces of petrified wood returned to him, accompanied by an apology in the hope
that good fortunes will return to the light-fingered curse victims. One man wrote
that he thought the story about the curse was baloney until he had three accidents
involving broken bones, plus a motor home fire and a dead car engine. Another
wrote of three years of bad luck adding, "I hope with this act of restitution (the)
Lord will have mercy upon me. I apologize and beg your pardon." The curse seems
to be even more prevalent at the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona, which
receives as many as six letters a month containing returned stolen wood.
Have you ever wondered who the highest paid public employee in your state is?
No, it’s not the governor or any elected official. Chances are it’s either the football
or basketball coach at the largest state school. According to media reports and state
salary databases, the highest-paid public employees in 27 states are football
coaches, while another 13 top earners coach basketball. The other 10 highest-paid
public employees are mostly heads of colleges.
Finnish researchers say that cynical people are three times more likely to suffer
from dementia late in life. Researchers asked senior citizens a series of questions to
gauge their level of cynicism and then checked back eight years later. They found
that those who had the highest level of cynicism were more likely to have
dementia. They say that by knowing this, it would be beneficial to give people an
attitude adjustment in order to improve the quality of life in their later years.

California’s Jeffrey Rusch was having a lot of difficulty breathing, so he finally

further stunned two days later when a C-T scan discovered a large tumor in his
lungs, and more in his liver and bones. Doctors immediately hospitalized Jeffrey

chemotherapy. However, Jeffrey soon suffered another setback. After paying

Sanqusia allegedly became belligerent and confrontational with the officers and
struck a sergeant in the face. Mom and the boys then got to carpool to jail.

say both men were intoxicated and incarcerated.

Tennessee’s 25-year-old Adam Winters recently appeared on Bravo’s Millionaire
Matchmaker and described himself as a CEO who lived in Beverly Hills and had a
net worth in excess of $1 million. Adam might’ve had that much money had he

China's equivalent of Facebook, he sent them to police. By now, you know the rest
of the story is that police caught Teng, who now claims the beer bottle in the photo
was empty and he was only having fun. It’s assumed police also had fun when they
charged Teng with numerous traffic violations, causing him to lose his job.
Officials at Florida’s Winter Park High School are considering reissuing a digital

through any education process before being sent off to college.

charging $2 for drinks, which he said were "expensive compared to other places."
