I was told that Renee talked with HR and all is ok with the salary schedule. 2. Everyone needs to start looking at program review. 3. Will - I am in the process of writing the PlanNet recommendation timeline and would like you to take a look. 4. Shobhana - call Ann’s office to get an update regarding the article on water conservation. a. Will be going on vacation for the next two weeks. Committee Reports/Division Issues: Bob &Tom: 1. Received over 35 RFP’s for the pool project. 2. Concrete pour for the Stadium this Thursday and Friday. 3. Work on Prop 39 year 3 is in final stages. Information form has been sent to SCE on Year 1 & 2. 4. Gone to the Facilities management and outreach meeting on June 17th and 18th. Tom will only be gone on June 18th. 5. Administration building interview will be June 23rd. 6. Working on swing space issues. Will: 1. Modification to the Colleague account needs to be made to comply with Federal Government reporting on Gainful Employment. 2. EPI meeting is on Thursday and I will be on vacation. There will be other staff members from El Camino and ITS attending this meeting. 3. Waiting for names of individuals who will have access to the Bond server. (Per Bob, the names where sent to Claudio on Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. Jo Ann said to send a copy to Will). Mike: 1. Campus Police report. 2. Working with HR on vacant position at Compton 3. Trying to get three part-time dispatch position filled. Rob: 1. Signage moved for the cashier area. 2. Still waiting on DOJ clearance for three individuals. 3. Tomorrow at 7am, Fashion and AutoCAD will be moved into the ITech building. 4. Clearing out the shops and I&T buildings. 5. Ms. Reyes will be moving upstairs to the Administration Building. 6. Working with Connie on the installation of the Kiln. Julie & Andy: 1. Working on year-end closing. 2. Getting ready for Fall. 3. Waiting for the second 6-week and 8-week classes to begin. First 6-week session saw very low turnout. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 am.
