Minutes from June 9th and July 14th were approved.
Committee Reports/Division Issues:
 Babs:
1. Working on getting the book closed and 2015-16 budget book ready.
2. Auditors will be on campus the week of November 16th.
 Julie & Andy:
1. Need ITS’s help to get the bookstore online order systems lined to the web page.
 Will:
1. Positive attendance problem is solved. Met with Jean and put controls in place to avoid
future problems.
2. Gainful employment data has been submitted.
3. Went to time clock demo for HR.
4. MIS report submitted.
5. EPI kick-off meeting today at 9:30 a.m.
