He’s the guy that was accused of feeding Britney the drugs that kept her on the crazy train back in her dark days. Lutfi was in cahoots with Amanda’s parents to get her out to L.A. on the pretext of meeting with lawyers that would help Amanda sue her mom and dad. However, when she arrived, Amanda was placed on an involuntary 5150 hold and was then checked into the facility. Amanda’s parents are aware of Lutfi’s history and have confiscated her cell phone and have not put him on her list of approved visitors. Amanda’s trip wasn’t without its adventures. Security had to escort Amanda out of New York’s LaGuardia airport after she got into a shouting match with a ticket agent while demanding a direct flight as soon as possible and refusing to listen to the agent explain that planes have specific routes. Amanda then went to JFK and caught another flight. All this came after Amanda went on a Twitter rant on Friday. She first claimed that her father abused her, but then recanted, saying it was the microchip in her brain that made her say those things, but that her father was the one that ordered them to microchip her. US Airways has a PR nightmare on their hands that started when First Sgt. Albert Marle asked a flight attendant if he could hang his heavily decorated military jacket in a closet during the flight. One passenger tweeted: “US Airways is it really in your policy to disrespect brave men such as Sergeant Marle?" That tweet and others went viral and the airline issued an apology saying they were reviewing the incident internally, but have a long history of serving military members and that they hold the men and women who serve our country in the highest regard. They added that the closet was full and the flight attendant had no choice, but passengers say if that was true, she didn't say so at the time. Less water means smaller grapes, and that concentrates the flavor. On the other hand, a lot of rain can mean moldy grapes. On top of that, the sun is making grapes riper earlier, and that allows a harvest before the threat of autumn storms. Some drought-era wines are already proving the point as Cabernet Sauvignons from 2012 and 2013 managed a score of 96 in a consumer guide, whereas 2011's versions scored just 78. However, all good things had better come to an end as a continued drought could lead to salty soil, which won’t be good. There’s good news for bacon lovers as prices may start heading downward. It may seem hard to imagine, but researchers now say that drinking fruit juice could be bad for you. A new study from the Swinburne University of Technology in Hawthorn, Australia, finds a regular morning glass of orange juice increases the risk of a heart attack or angina. They note that the average glass of fruit juice contains the equivalent of seven teaspoons of sugar and that people who regularly drink fruit juice have significantly higher blood pressure than those who have it occasionally. Study author, Dr Matthew Pase, said that although juices may have essential vitamins, they commonly contain high amounts of sugar with negligible fiber and therefore may be contributing to excessive sugar intake.
