Valerie finally decided to follow her dreams. She’s now a roadie for Barbara Streisand. Well,
not Barbara Streisand, exactly. She’s a roadie for a Barbara Streisand cover band: Babs and the
Babettes.

Valerie now works for Babs and the Babettes. They’re a Barbara Streisand cover band. I think
she runs their lightboard. Heck, she might actually be their lightboard.

From what I hear, Val and Cal are still happily married. They don’t see each other too often,
though. While she’s been busy touring with Babs and the Babettes, he’s off with Chills and
Fevers, the new Tom Jones laser show.

Crumbs still clings to the dream of being a professional singer. Just because her mother chucked
it all away for the stability of spending five nights a week in a Motel Six doesn’t mean that
Crumbs should give up as well. She’s hoping to be on next year’s American Idol. Maybe Paula
Abdul will want to sleep with her.
