Andy Hunter Entrepreneur After 10 years in the construction industry, completing the Cranfield MBA helped Andy enter the ‘real world’ of business with the Hoskyns Group (later to become part of Capgemini), and after the transition into software and software-related services, he founded his own software firm in 1990. Andy built the team that is now Invigia, developing business throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Invigia continues to be a successful and profitable organisation.
