Project Status and discussion of Critical Path for Construction:
The building is totally complete and was accepted by the college on May 25, 2007. It is a state of the art building for both the sciences and technology. Even though the completion date was later than first expected, this building was worth the extra wait.

There is no addit ional potential for cost over runs other than those that were encountered early in the project.
Discussion of Project Quality
The project is complete and Peninsula College has accepted a state of the art Science & Technology
Building effective May 25, 2007. We will have a few classes in the building during summer school and it will be totally scheduled for fall quarter of 2007.
