A sprinkler system will be installed according to code requirements. Interior space will receive upgrades and improvements to include classroom space and art studios. It will create space consistent with four-year institution standards for Media Services – Visual Communications and meet current health and safety codes. This project will create multi-use space that can accommodate the programs housed in this facility as well as other programs and meet the needs of our campus well into the future. This project will attempt LEED silver certification.
