WHEREAS: That the Northern Iowa Student Government is committed to serving the
needs of the student body at the University of Northern Iowa; and
WHEREAS: The Northern Iowa Student Government hires Directors to carry out the
will of the Senate; and
RECOGNIZING: That Ms. Rice is well qualified to fulfill the duties of the Director
of Athletic Affairs; and
FURTHER RECOGNIZING: The Ms. Rice is in her fourth year on the track team and is
connected to Athletics staff and students; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: that Tatiana Rice is appointed to the position of
Director of Athletic Affairs under the Evans Beard Administration
starting October 29th.
