WHEREAS: That the Northern Iowa Student Government is committed to serving the
needs of the student body at the University of Northern Iowa; and
WHEREAS: The Northern Iowa Student Government hires Directors to carry out the
will of the Senate; and
RECOGNIZING: That Ms. Kreykes is well qualified to fulfill the duties of the Director
of Sustainability; and
FURTHER RECOGNIZING: The Ms. Kreykes has a passion for sustainability and recently
started a group on campus called RecycleUNI; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: that Beth Kreykes is appointed to the position of
Director of Sustainability under the Evans Beard Administration
starting October 29th.
