WHEREAS: That the Northern Iowa Student Government is committed to serving the needs of
the student body at the University of Northern Iowa; and
WHEREAS: The Northern Iowa Student Government hires Directors to carry out the will of the
Senate; and
RECOGNIZING: That Mr. Breitling is well qualified to fulfill the duties of the Director of
Diversity and Student Life as laid out by the Northern Iowa Student Government Constitution
and By-Laws; and
FURTHER RECOGNIZING: That Mr. Breitling has had multiple experiences leading people
and has a clear vision for the future of this position; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: that Hansen Breitling is appointed to the position of
Director of Diversity and Student Life under the Evans-Beard Administration starting April 15th.
