CHAPTER 30 - MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENTS
32 - PAYMENTS.
32.1 - Prompt Processing of Payment Estimate and Invoice. Payments for
reforestation and timber stand improvement work shall be prepared on Form R66320-39, or an approved computer-generated form. (See FSH 6509.11k, ServiceWide Finance and Accounting Handbook, Section 46.22a for definition of progress
and partial payment processing.)
33 - CERTIFICATE OF FINAL INSPECTION.
For Vegetation Management projects, Form R6-FS-2100-12, "Vegetation
Management Reporting Form," must be completed and forwarded to the
Contracting Officer (CO) as a part of the Final Inspection process. Each employee
must be listed individually on the form. The CO retains a copy and forwards
original to the Regional Office Forest Pest Management-Integrated Pest
Management Specialist. Note this form is required for all projects to manage
competing and unwanted vegetation, regardless of whether any accidents or
exposures occurred.
34 - FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE FROM CONTRACT.
A contract release shall be furnished by the contractor if required by the contract.
