42.1 - Steps in Contract Modification
1. All Road and Bridge, Facilities, and Trails Construction Cost Adjustments shall be
forwarded using Form GP-7720-1 as a cover sheet (Exhibit 1). When the
preparer/reviewer is other than the Inspector/COR, the preprinted title shall be crossed
out and replaced with the appropriate title of the person preparing/reviewing the cost
adjustment.
2. When forwarding a cost adjustment packet, all supporting documents including the cost
estimate worksheets shall be included as a part of the total adjustment packet.
