Annual Charter SiteFebruary 24, 2015 is our annual site visit to analyze our growths and possible
challenges. During the site visit students, parents, board of directors and staff are
interviewed. Classrooms are also visited to provide feedback for glows and grows
school-wide. If you are available on 2/24/15 from 3:30-4:00 pm and would like to be a
part of our parent interview panel please email Ms. Proctor at
jamilah.proctor@pgcps.org confirming your interest.
Volunteer BreakfastWe have several great volunteers who always step up to the call of duty and we’d like to
recognize each of you later this month. Please look out for an invitation to join us for
our Volunteer Breakfast on February 27, 2015 from 9-10 am in the multipurpose room.
Black History Month PerformanceMs. Rowden and the drama club students are eagerly planning a Black History Month
play depicting the Montgomery Bus Boycott. The date and times are forthcoming.
8th Grade ParentsIt’s vital that you update the PA 14 (blue sheet) and attach a current lease or deed and
return directly to Mrs. Moody. This will help to properly update your child’s student
records and transfer them to the appropriate school. We still need this form completed
even if you are planning to attend a private school or out of district school because the
student records must be transferred to the home boundary school.
