There will be a BBQ following the AGM during which Grant Castles will inform members of progress
with the new grounds.
The inaugural general meeting of the BOP Clay Target Association will commence at 1.30pm.

A nomination form for committee is attached; completed forms need to be returned to secretary no later
than 7th October.

The entrance to the ground is through a construction zone please, be aware of any vehicles operating and follow
all directions given by contractors. Please drive with headlights on and if possible car pool to reduce traffic
through the construction zone.
