Average relative humidity was 90 percent at 0700 hrs and 58 percent at 1400 hrs. Soil temperature at 5 cm depth was 28.2°C at 0700 hrs and 35.3°C at 1400 hrs. Average wind speed, daily sunshine hours and average daily evaporation were 4.9 km/hr, 5.7 hours and 4.5 mm respectively. About 30mm rainfall was recorded during this period. Moisture should be must in soil during application of insecticides. Transplanting /Weeding is advised in paddy crop. Land preparation is advised for sowing of September arher. Sharad and Pusa- 9 varieties are recommended for September arher. Complete the sowing of Bahar, Narendra Arher-1, Rajendra Arher-1 Pigeon Pea Sowing varieties of Pigeon pea is earliest. Application of 20 kg/ha Nitrogen, (Arher) 45 kg/ha Phosphorus and 20 kg/ha Potash and 20 kg sulphur/ha before sowing of seed. Keep seed rate 18-20 kg/ha. Seed should be treated with thiram/Capton@2.5gm/kg of seed. Land preparation is advised for sowing of kharif onion. Application of 150-200 quintal/ha FYM at the time of land preparation. Before Land transplanting of onion seedlings application of 60 kg Nitrogen,80 kg preparation/ Kharif onion Phosphorus and 80 kg Potash in last ploughing. Transplanting Transplanting are advised on raised bed for those farmers whose onion seedlings are 45-50 days old. Sowing of radish is advised. Pusa Cheteki, Pusa Himani, Japani Safed, Sowing Pusa Rashmi, Punjab Safed varieties are recommended for bihar. keep Radish seed rate 4-5 kg/ha and planting distance 25 X 10 cm for better yield. Sowing of pointed guard is advised. Rajendra Parwal-1, Rajendra Parwal-2, FP -1, FP-3 varieties are recommended for bihar. keep seed Sowing Pointed guard rate 2500 plant /ha and planting distance 2 X2 meter for better yield. Sowing of 5 % male plant is advised for good yield of pointed guard. Constant monitoring of lady finger and cucurbitaceous crop against Lady finger/ attack of jassid(Leaf hopper) is advised. if infestation is found, Spraying Fruiting cucurbitaceous of Dimethoate 30 EC @ 2 ml/liter of water for effective control of crop jassid. Transplanting of tomato, chilli and cauliflower are advised on raised bed for those farmers whose seedlings are ready.
