Students who have missed school due to being sick, family circumstances, or any other excused absence will not have their work penalized with a late grade. Late work will follow the district grading policies: 1 day late= -15 points 2 days late= -30 points Students will have until the last three days of the six weeks grading period to turn in the work for a maximum grade of a 70. This 70 is assuming the student did not miss any questions and turned in the assignment in perfect conditions that usually would award a 100 if they turned it in on time. Course Grades: Grades will be determined by academic assessment and point activities. Written work, class discussions, quizzes will make up daily/ formative grade.
