Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement a plan to create a global market research panel for Spherix’s proprietary use including US/EU/LatAm regions as well as physicians, nurses, AHCPs, patients, and payers
Maintain the Spherix Network website for the research panel, setting goals for enrollment, persistency, appropriate demographic sampling, honoraria tracking
Advise project team (Insights Directors and Data Analysts) on timing and scope of fieldwork
Manage fieldwork for internal recruit projects and manage vendors for external recruit projects
Develop and work with country specific consultants used for qualitative research
Work with finance on assignment of project costs and honoraria processing
Schedule KOL and Qualitative interviews
Manage intern group for panel validation and recruitment efforts
Work with data analysts to develop a longitudinal respondent database
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (written, oral) and strong relationship building
Experience in customer service and/or project management

Compensation package includes competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience, as well as an annual bonus for meeting performance objectives
