Job ID: 185831 Siemens Finance Graduate Siemens plc | UK Rotational We are currently looking to recruit graduates onto our UK Finance Graduate programme. Siemens operates in 9 divisions from Power Generation to Mobility and within all these areas we deliver key finance related activities. To ensure we give you the best possible start to your Finance career, you will work towards a professional qualification whilst completing the rotational two year programme. You’ll spend time rotating around our core businesses, completing two 12 month placements in different divisions within the UK. Each placement will require specific skills and knowledge and you will have an individual training plan which will be reviewed at the beginning of each placement. Whilst gaining excellent experience, you will simultaneously be studying towards your CIMA qualification, laying solid foundations for a permanent Finance or Commercial role in the future. You will be fully supported through your placements and CIMA qualification by your the Siemens Finance Graduate Programme Manager who will guide you through your first two years with in Siemens. softer skills, such as team working, project management and communication, with graduates from our other programmes. On completion of this programme you will have gained valuable and in depth experience to develop your skills and successfully move into a permanent role within one of our divisions. What do I need to qualify for this job? You must have achieved or be expecting to achieve a 2:1 or above in a Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics or Mathematics degree This is a UK rotational position therefore you must be fully geographically flexible; as we aim to ensure Graduates experience different sites and businesses, so each 12 month placement may be in different locations within the UK You should have at least 12 months work experience, some of which should have been in a customer facing role and ideally you will also have some experience working within a Finance related department What else do I need to know? In addition to your work experience, you will take part in the Siemens Graduate Development Programme, where you will be able to develop your Applications for the Finance Graduate scheme will close on Friday 30th January and the programme will start in October 2015.
