Graduate Technical Operations Scientist

We are looking for a talented graduate with leadership potential to join our Technical Operations team at the
Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics manufacturing site at Llanberis, North Wales.
What are my responsibilities?
 Our graduate programme offers a fantastic opportunity to get real hands on experience in an exciting and
challenging manufacturing environment. During the 2 year programme individuals will work as part of the
Technical Operations team working on projects in a number of departments.
 The team is responsible for the investigation and resolution of product related problems, and provision of
technical support relating to the products.
 You will also take part in the Siemens UK Graduate Programme which provides the opportunity to develop your
skills through a number of core and choice modules among which are Career Management, Business
Influencing, PM@Siemens (Project Management), Presentation Skills and First Time Management
What do I need to qualify for this job?
 You will have graduated or be graduating in a Biochemistry related degree discipline e.g Biomedical Sciences
or Medical Biochemistry
 Have the ability to rapidly understand our existing processes
 Be a good team player with an ability to work independently
 Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Be well organised with good attention to detail and good IT skills

manufactures and distributes IMMULITE reagents used in blood analysers in hospitals and clinics worldwide to
aid in the diagnosis of medical conditions. Today we employ more than 400 staff in a variety of roles including
manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, quality management, quality control, finance, administration,
human resources and logistics.
