Another goal for the week was to highlight the variety of landforms and waterways. The students had an opportunity to work with partners to use the content area text to design their own web showing these major landforms. The overall goal is to continue to give the students opportunities to understand and work with text structure in order to improve comprehension and be able to pick out main ideas and details. * All social studies classes will have a chapter 1 social studies test on Thursday, October 29th.
