An officer arrested a non-student for possession of marijuana and
possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop in the 1600 block
of University Avenue. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock
County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See
offense report #15-2392.
