TTPD
An Officer issued a Lubbock County citation to a non-student for driving
under the influence of alcohol by a minor, following a traffic stop in the 3200
block of 18th Street. The non-student signed the citation and was released.
The vehicle was driven away by a licensed driver. See offense report
