An Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid, which
occurred in the 3800 block of 4th Street following a traffic stop. The nonstudent was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 15-1278.
