Officer Radle arrested a non-student for driving while intoxicated following a
traffic stop in the 2500 block of Broadway. The non student was transported
to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was inventoried and impounded by
Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 10-0877.
