A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for possession of marihuana,
following a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Hartford Avenue. The nonstudent was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was
impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report #12-0903.
