Sergeant Fox arrested a student for driving under the influence of alcohol by a
minor after an observed traffic violation in the 2500 block of 15th Street. The
student was released following the issuance of a Lubbock County citation for
DUIM. The vehicle was towed and impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service.
