Z4P parking lot. The vehicle was scratched with a sharp object from side to side

Officer Campbell released pending the filing of charges with the Lubbock
County District Attorney’s Office two students for possession of marijuana
and cited and released them for possession of drug paraphernalia following a
suspicious odor coming from room 609 of Coleman Hall. See offense report#
09-1066.
