Officer Campbell responded to a 911 Medical at the Wiggins Dining Hall
room 102. A student had collapsed and was unconscious. Emergency Medical
Services transported the student to University Medical Center Emergency
Room for further treatment. See incident report# 09-0810.

Officer Barkley arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock County
Sheriff’s Department warrant following a traffic violation in the 2700 block of
18th Street. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See
offense report # 09-0812.

Officer Pair detained two non-students in the C-3 parking lot of the Texas
Tech University Health Science Center. One of the non-students was
subsequently arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia and was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The other
non-student was released. See offense report # 09-0811.
