TTPD
A Texas Tech Police Officer arrested a non-student passenger for possession
of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 2500 block of 3rd Street . The
non-student passenger was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The nonstudent driver was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of alcohol
by a minor and released. See offense report #13-1925.
