1. The Consignor and Consignee acknowledge and agree that the Consignor has provided the goods described above to the
Consignee for sale on a consignment basis, for the prices indicated, under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. The consignee agrees to use their best efforts to sell the goods for the benefit of the Consignor. The Consignee will deliver
the sale proceeds to the Consignor, less commission, at the time of the accounting.
3. The Consignee agrees to accept commission, in full payment for performance under this agreement, an amount equal to _____
% of the gross sales price of the goods, exclusive of any sales tax. Minimum commission on any sale is $200.00. If you remove
your boat prior to sale it is a minimum fee of $200 for administrative services.
4. Any goods the Consignee is unable to sell may be returned to the Consignor at termination of contract date. The Consignor
may reclaim unsold goods at any time giving 48 hours, notice prior to pick up. This is subject to full payment of approved
services provided during the consignment period.
5. This agreement shall be government by the laws of the province of _________.
6. The Consignor is responsible for insuring goods on consignment as the consignee is “not responsible “ for any lost or stolen
goods during consignment period
7. This agreement shall be binding upon both parties, upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and
assigns. No person shall have a right or cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are
parties to it and their successors in interest.
8. This agreement, including any attached exhibits and addendum, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No
representations or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified
except in writing signed by all of the parties.

10. Removal of Consignment Goods by Consignor will be at the full discretion of the Consignee. The Consignor will be allowed
5 calendar days to remove goods. After the allotted 5 days a charge of $10 per day will be charged to the Consignor until goods
are removed from the premises. LEGAL ACTION: “ Innkeeper Act” R.S.O 1990 Chapter1.7 2(2) , will commence after the
allowed 5 days.
CH.1.7 2(2) Power to sell In addition to all other remedies provided by law, an innkeeper has the right, in case the same remains unpaid for three months, to sell by public auction the goods
,on giving one week notice of the intended sale.
