Consignment Agreement
Thank you for deciding to become a part of our shop!
TERMS/PAYMENT
• The Consignee (Bellies, Babies & Beyond) sets all prices and markdowns. All items are on the selling floor for 60 days. (Maternity clothing and some furniture may
be consigned for a longer time period). When you bring your furniture items in we will determine at that time if it will be a 60 day or longer item as some pieces are 60
days. Consigner will receive 40% of final selling price on all items that sell for less than $100. Items that sell for over $100 consigner will receive 50% of final selling
price.
• At the end of 60 days, Consigner may pick up any unsold items within 3 days of expiring date. It is at the full responsibility of the Consignor to know their 60 day
time frame. Any unclaimed items at the end of the 60+3day time frame become property of Bellies, Babies & Beyond. Any unsold items not picked up that become the
property of Bellies, Babies & Beyond and will be disposed of, items that can be donated will be donated. If you have choosen below to automatically have your items
donated we will do so.
• The Consignor may remove any of their items during their consignment period for a pull fee of $1 per item. The consignor is responsible for complete retrieval of
their items off the selling floor if you would like them prior to the 60 day time frame.
• Payment by check must be requested by the Consignor and will be written to the Consignor upon request. It is the Consignors responsibility for the collection of
monies owed.
• Consignors with a positive account balance may apply that credit toward a purchase at any time.
OTHER
• We select what our customers will buy when you bring in your items; we reserve the right to refuse any item that is not suitable for resale. All items are subject to
markdowns, seasonal sales, and clearance sales at the discretion of management. The consignment split will be on the final selling price
• A small buyer’s fee will be added to the selling price of all items. This fee is paid by the buyer, NOT by you the consignor.
• All items must be in excellent condition, current style and season, snapped, buttoned and zipped. Items that are dirty, stained, torn and/or missing buttons, zippers etc.
will not be accepted. All toys, games, and puzzles must have all pieces/parts and batteries included. Toys/items that require batteries must be equipped with batteries.
If an item requires batteries there will be a charge of $1 per battery to your account for us to add batteries. Remember that the items should be in the condition that you
would buy it in and working/clean means better selling price.
• Appointments are taken Tuesday-Friday. If you make an appointment we will go thru the items you bring and what is sellable will be decided on the spot. If you do
not have an appointment call the store and we may have time for you to come in that day. Don’t want to wait around, if the Consignor chooses to “Drop and Run”
please make sure your box; containers are clearly labeled with Consignor number, name and contact number. Please make sure your contact information stays current
at all times. “Drop and Run” consignors will be contacted by us within 24 hours to pick-up their items we are not accepting for sale, any items not picked up within 2
days WILL BE DONATED.
• Please do not bring items in garbage bags, please either bring folded in shopping bags, boxes, containers or laundry baskets. Remember the better the items look, the
more that you have the potential of earning. There are a limited number of containers in the store if you would like to bring your items on hangers and then transfer to a
container at drop-off.
• Bellies, Babies & Beyond reserves the right to make policy changes at any time. We will do our best to safeguard your items but we are not responsible for loss or
damage to merchandise due to but not limited to fire, water, vandalism, or theft.
