4 Offer File
4.1
Description
The Offer file contains offers made by Market Participants into the Voluntary Capacity Auction held once a
month. The data is ordered by Offer Created Date; Offer ID and Offer Segment ID. The data is posted in
Microsoft Excel format. The Offers are posted three (3) months following the completion of the VCA.
4.2
Report Availability Time
The Offer file is available in the MISO public website three months following the completion of the VCA.
The report is posted to Midwest ISO internet site.
4.3
How to use this Report
The guide includes an example of the VCA Offers file. The column headers are defined in the Data
Definitions sections of the document.
4.4
Report Layout
Each Offer file containes all offers successfully submitted into and accepted by the monthly VCA process for
the planning year (i.e. June 2010 to May 2011 for the 2010-11 Planning year)

PRC
Planning Resource Credit (APRC) Offered into the VCA
PRICE
The price associated with the segment of the offer
SEGID
The offer Segment Identifier
OFFERID
Uniquie identifer associated to the offfer
CREATEDDATE_EST
The Creation date of the offer in Eastern Standard Time and is formatted as
follows: MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MM
