Motion carried unanimously. FY2015 CITY BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor announced that this is the time and place to consider the fiscal year 2015 city budget. After receiving no oral or written comments, the Mayor closed the public hearing. RESOLUTION NO. 2014-16 RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2015 CITY BUDGET Ihrke introduced and caused to be read Resolution No. 2014-16 and moved for its adoption, which was seconded by Bice. DISCUSSION OF LIBRARY COMPUTER UPGRADES Stevens presented a request from the City Librarian to increase this year’s budget for computers with a corresponding decrease in the FY 15 budget. The Council informally agreed to the change. RESOLUTION NO. 2014-20 RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Thee introduced and caused to be read Resolution No. 2014-20 and moved for its adoption, which was seconded by Chappas. DISCUSSION OF CITY HALL PROJECT Public Works Director Dohlman reviewed the contractor’s schedule for city hall construction and two pending change orders. The Council discussed both items.
