Motion by Bice seconded by Harbst to approve the minutes of the April 14, 2015 council meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Bice seconded by Harbst to approve a Class E liquor license for Fareway Store #850 and a
Class C beer permit for Hy-Vee Food Store. Motion carried unanimously.
PRESENTATION OF POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT
Brad Beck of Beck Engineering, Inc, presented on behalf of the developer, a possible housing and
commercial development of 54 acres located south and west of the Great Lakes Mall. Beck stated the
developer is requesting a ten year tax increment financing rebate. No action was taken by the Council.
RESOLUTION NO. 2015-25
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT CHARGES TO THE COUNTY TREASURER
Thee introduced and caused to be read Resolution No. 2015-25 and moved for its adoption, which was
seconded by Chappas. Aye: Thee, Harbst, Chappas, Bice. Resolution duly adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 2015-26
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT
Bice introduced and caused to be read Resolution No. 2015-26 and moved for its adoption, which was
seconded by Harbst. Aye: Thee, Harbst, Chappas, Bice. Resolution duly adopted.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING AGREEMENT FOR DISPOSAL OF WHITE GOODS
Owens explained an independent contractor from Minnesota wishes to dispose of white goods from the
City collected during the annual cleanup days May 4-8, 2015 for a fee of $5.00 per item. Motion by Harbst,
seconded by Thee to approve the Collection Agreement of Recyclable Materials during the annual spring
cleanup days. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Bice seconded by Chappas to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
