INTRODUCTION OF OKOBOJI TOURISM DIRECTOR Carina Woodward introduced herself to the Mayor and Council as the new Okoboji Tourism Director. The Mayor and Council welcomed Woodward and stated they looked forward to working with her. ALLIANT ENERGY ANNUAL REPORT Rebecca Gisel, Account Manager, presented the 2013 Alliant Energy Community Partnership Assessment. 2010 SPIRIT LAKE ZONING MAP PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor announced that this is the time and place to consider the rezoning of certain properties located within the corporate limits of Spirit Lake, Iowa. After receiving no oral or written comments, the Mayor closed the public hearing. ORDINANCE NO. 3-2014 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPIRIT LAKE, IOWA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SPIRIT LAKE, DICKINSON COUNTY, IOWA ADOPT FIRST CONSIDERATION Motion by Bice, seconded by Thee, to approve the first consideration of Ordinance No. 3-2014.
