 Late 20’s/early 30’s, 5 years+ work experience
 > 50% have technical backgrounds
 Many have prior graduate degrees (Ph.D., M.S., J.D., M.D.)
Management Consulting Projects (“Management Rotations)”
 3-6 month duration
 100 hours per student
 Typically 3 students per team
 Projects conducted Spring, Summer and Fall semesters
 Student-led, faculty-advised (40-80 hours of faculty advising per project)
