Application are invited from citizens of India for the post of Principal (Scale of Pay Rs. 14300-400-18300) for
Jharkhand Government Mini Tool Room & Training Centre (JGMTRTC), Ranchi, and Government Tool
Room and Training Centre (GTRTC), Dumka, which is proposed to be filled up on contract basis for a period
of 5 years initially with further extension based on review of performance. A higher scale in form of pay
protection/ (Pay Scale + DA) or incase of retired person last pay drawn minus pension) etc. The details
regarding eligibility conditions etc. are as under:-

Requirement for the post
i)
Qualification and experience
(a) Essential- Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg. or equivalent from a recognized
university/
Institutions.
(b) Desirable- Post Graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology/Management from recognized
university/Institutions.
ii) Experience(a) Essential- 10 years experience in production/ Training department of a Tool Room/ reputed Engineering
Industry of which 5 years in responsible technology/management position.
(b) Desirable- Implementation and management of Engineering Projects, experience in use of computerized
MIS including Reverse Engineering, Rapid prototyping, CAD/CAM and CNC technologies
etc. experience in Administration, Finance & labour management.
iii) Scale of Pay- Rs.14300-400-18300/- The post besides basic pay carries allowance as per Govt. rules. Selected
officer would be provided accommodation or HRA in lieu that of as per rule.
iv) Upper age Limit- 55 years, as on 1st June, 2010.
v) Relaxation of age could be given to extra ordinary qualified and highly experience candidate (More than
20 years of experience in similar sector up to 5 years) particularly to Government Tool Room
and Training Centre GTRTC, Dumka.
VI) Applicant working with any Government/Private/PSU/Co-operative organization may submit NOC from
concern organization.
VII) Incase of final selection the selected candidate have to join within 30 days of the issue of appointment letter.
VIII) At the time of joining, Medical certificate of fitness will be required.
