Facilities – Page 5 ALERT’s QUESTIONS In the RFI (April 2011) HSA informed us during the clarification period that there were 5 District Centers, as detailed below: HSA’s RESPONSES There are four district health centers for ambulatory care and one ambulatory care center at the Main Campus. District Health Centers - 5 West Bay North End 1 East End Bodden Town Main Campus In the RFP, page 5, HSA mentions 4. Please advise which figure should be taken into account? E. Key Metrics – Cayman Islands Population - Page 7 In the RFI (April 2011) HSA mentioned that the Population of Cayman Islands was 55,000. In the RFP, page 7, the metric is 50,000. Please advise if we should now consider this last metric? The RFI is an RFI. Use the latest figure, in the RFP, as that is the basis of the procurement. E. Key Metrics – A&E episodes Page 7 During the RFI’s clarification period (April 2011) HSA referred that the Emergency Room visits per year were circa 19,000. In the RFP, page 7, the metric is now 29,494. Please advise if we should consider this last metric? The RFI is an RFI. Use the latest figure, in the RFP, as the basis of the procurement. E. Key Metrics – Outpatient episodes - Page 7 During the RFI’s clarification period (April 2011) HSA referred that the number of outpatient encounters per year were approximately 90,000, as shown in the statement below: The RFI is an RFI. Project Scope – Interfaces – Page 10 ALERT’s QUESTIONS During the RFI (April 2011), we considered for pricing purposes, the development of 7 HL7 interfaces with the applications as listed below: 5 HSA’s RESPONSES The RFI is an RFI. Use the latest figure, in the RFP, as the basis of the procurement. ADT interface; Laboratory interface; Radiology interface; Billing interface; Health Information Management System interface; Materials Management System; IRL (Reference Lab) interface. Please advise if we should consider the same interfaces for pricing purposes? 6 III. Response Format and Structure – Cost Summary – Section VI – page 16 In this section HSA requests Vendors to complete Section VI, which identifies all costs and fees payable. We did not find this section VI. Please advise how to proceed? Reference to Section VI is a typographical error, but the guidance for the vendor’s response and costs is clearly outlined in the RFP. 8 L. System Costs – Cayman HAS TCO Template excel sheet – page 27 Could you please send us the “Cayman HAS TCO Template” excel sheet. We were not able to open this document. Additionally, please clarify if the section VI mentioned in our question above is actually this template cost sheet?
