Hello everyone! This email has all of your costuming information! Read the entire email
please!
1. today you will see a charge on your account called "costume balance". This total is this
format: Total amount of all costumes being ordered from catalogs MINUS what you paid for
a costume deposit PLUS solos duets and trios EQUALS the number on your account. It does
NOT include the following dances: Grown Women, Pompeii, Jet Set, Surf Crazy, I Won't
Grow Up, and Can't Hold Us (HH1). Those are either being made, or purchased some other
way and will be charged in their entirety another time. Please note that the deposit you
paid on those dances is applied to your other costumes.
2. This total has any solo, duet, trio costumes already picked out and approved. I will send
a seperate email out to everyone that is being charged for a solo duet or trio costume next,
so if you don't receive that email, we don't have you down for ordering one. If you still
want to order a costume out of the book it must happen like this:
-come into the studio AFTER 7:30 any day next week to look at the books, once picked
bring to Kristie or Barb to approve, they will email you the total and place on your account
3. Please also note that not included in this total is tights, shoes, props, rhinestones,
alterations, and other accessories or changes to the costume we may need (ie, fixer upper
we will be altering and adding pieces to each costume upon arrival). These items will be an
additional cost to you and will be emailed out to you as they are available.
4. As a reminder you must be wearing shoes and tights purchased at ATB for all
performances. attached is the tight, jewelry and shoe chart. Simply find your child's dance
title, and look across the line to see the type of tights, shoes and jewelry they will
need. Also attached is the order form for tights and jewelry. Those should be turned in no
later than September 18th. There are a few dances that don't have anything written in...
I'm waiting on answers from staff to get you that info, but this will be a start at least! On
the tight order please add a few pair for class if you need them!!!!
5. The shoes that you may need are all stocked here at the studio. If you need to
purchase shoes we ask that you do that Thursday September 4th after 6:45pm OR anytime
between September 9th and 11th. The first week of recreational dance is next week, and it
is too hectic in here to be doing shoes as well. WE DO ASK THAT ALL SHOE ORDERS ARE
DONE BY THE 11TH TO ENSURE HAVING THEM HERE BY THE TIME YOU NEED THEM TO
REHEARSE IN THE PROPER SHOES FOR ALL DANCES BY OCTOBER 1ST.
6. ALL COSTUME BALANCES MUST BE PAID BEFORE WE ORDER YOUR COSTUMES
ON SEPTEMBER 5TH. IF YOUR BALANCE IS NOT PAID WE CAN NOT ORDER THE
COSTUMES. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM, PLEASE EMAIL ME TO LET ME KNOW.
