Dear Parents and Guardians,
This year the infants department in St. Joseph’s will have two Nativity plays!
Both Nursery groups and the Primary 1 classes will be performing ‘Whoops a
Daisy Angel’ and Primary 2 and Primary 3 classes will be performing ‘Children
of the World’.
We are working hard at the moment to learn the songs, there are 7 to learn
in total as well as lots of tricky actions!
As this is the first time there are 2 Nativity plays, we require some help
from parents with regards to costumes. If you have any of the following
costumes laying around at home and would like to donate them, we would be
very grateful.
We require:
3 Wise Men costumes
6 Shepherds costumes
20 Angel costumes
A Mary costume
A Joseph costume
We will also have a dress rehearsal on Wednesday 10th December when we
will perform for the whole school. The performance for parents/carers will
take place on Thursday 11th December at 10am.
As there are 65 Primary 1 children and over 30 nursery children, there
will be a limit of 2t adults per child permitted to the performance.
On the morning of Friday 12th December at 10am there will be a show for
the OAP’s in the community and any grandparents who wish to come.
