Greeley District Six school last year, you must
also provide a certificate of immunization at

MORNING ARRIVAL
The school doors open at 7:45 am for
students eating breakfast in the cafeteria.
Unless your child is participating in a
scheduled school activity, they should not
arrive before 8:00 am and head directly to
the fenced playground area. There will be
no supervision on the playground until 8:00
am. Students are expected to be in their
classrooms by 8:15 am. Students arriving
after 8:15 am must be signed in by a parent.
AFTERNOON PICK UP
UCES is released at 3:55 pm Monday
through Thursday and 2:35 pm on Friday.
Students are expected to be picked up no
later than 4:10 pm.
TRAFFIC SAFETY PLAN
A Traffic Safety Plan has been established
by Union Colony Schools in order to ensure
safety for students and efficiency. Please
drive responsibly, watching for students at
all times and follow guidance and
commands from school staff monitors.
Vehicles should access school property by
entering in the EAST driveway and exiting
through the WEST driveway. Adults
dropping students off for school or picking
them up should adhere to the traffic safety
plan by utilizing the Pick-Up/Drop-Off lane.
All students that are being picked up or
dropped off by parents shall be
loaded/unloaded from vehicles along the
right hand lane adjacent to the sidewalk.
Drivers should turn hazard lights on until
student(s) exit vehicle so monitoring staff
know that students still need to unload. Due
to limited parking space available at the
school, the majority of parent parking is
limited to short-term parking.
