Dear Junior High Parent:
Welcome to the Junior High Parent Advisory Committee (PAC). Our PAC meetings are held on the
third Wednesday of each month at 12:30 PM in the library at the junior high. Everyone is welcome.
Listed below are volunteer activities coordinated by PAC. If you would like to volunteer, please
complete the form below and return it to the junior high office at any time. If you have already filled
out a form for this school year, we have your information on file. Thank you in advance for your
support. Please feel free to call any of us with questions.

**Volunteer Opportunities 2015/2016 School Year
Please check all areas of interest:
_____ Picture Day: School pictures will be taken on September 2nd. Volunteers are needed to
check in students and assist the photographers for one or both time shifts:
_____7:30-9:00 AM and/or
_____9:00-11:00 AM. (2nd shift may not be until 11)
_____ Student Store: Volunteers are needed to work in the Student Store. The store is open from
10:45 AM to 1:15 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and on home football game Fridays.
_____ Staff Holiday Luncheon: Volunteers are needed to help with the annual staff luncheon in
December.
_____ 9th Grade Blue and White Dance: Volunteers are needed to help plan and execute a
celebration event for 9th grade students moving on to the high school. Scheduled for May 6th
_____ Library: Volunteers may be needed to assist the Librarian with special projects such as a
Scholastic Book Fair.
_____ PAC Finance Committee: Proposes and oversees the disbursement of PAC funds.
