What is PAC???
PAC stands for Parent Advisory Council – and we
are a group of parent and teacher volunteers who
create and decide on what fundraising efforts are
required to fulfil student and teacher needs during
the school year.
PAC allows YOU to:
 Participate in the school life of your child
 Share your concerns
 Give input on financial decisions
 Assist with events and activities
 Interact with other parents

How do we make Money???

What does PAC do for your
kids???
Where our fundraising $ goes this year:
 $ given to each classroom for fieldtrips etc…
 Various books and learning programs
 Gym equipment and craft supplies
 GT families in need at Xmas
 “Givebacks” such as Family Bingo Night and End
of Year Celebrations
 Other Future Goals:
 additional class trips
 support for ongoing activities
 further school equipment
 an intermediate playground *(a long
term goal we have in mind)

Ongoing Fundraising Efforts:
 Hot Lunch Program – all year
 Fall Catalogue Sales (coming soon)
 Spring Meat Raffle
 Possible Easter Chocolate Sale (Come vote on it!)

reach our goals.

Meetings are held once a month and
we provide FREE babysitting! FIRST
