Main Achievements
During 2012, the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements:
• Former Synovate employees were welcomed to our e-learning platform without any major
issues reported:
─
A 56% growth in employee accounts
─
A 133% growth in course registrations
• Update of the contents of the products’ training courses to match the new Ipsos’ offer:
─
49 new products’ courses (mainly Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, IOTX and Social Spaces driven)
• Running the Marketing School in 7 different locations and significantly increasing the
number of attendees being certified
• Hosting 211 webinars for the different WSBLs to shorten the transition process and help
all employees get familiar with the new products and methodologies and to know who is
who in this Better Ipsos
• Developing a PROGRAM feature in the ITC campus enabling the grouping of courses and
case studies under a common umbrella and defining which are mandatory and which are
optional
• Improving our management and softskills training offer by launching 11 new titles, 4 of
which in refer to Project Management
• Created a Learning & Development Board within Ipsos, made up of 7 L&D people from
different regions and countries
We were able to manage this growth without
increasing our ITC staff

reflecting the new ASI Portfolio (including
case studies as additional training
