Main Achievements of Q2 2013 ITC (e-learning system) A significant growth in the number of people active in the campus (+43%) in comparison to Q1, mainly driven by the employees’ participation in the Marketing School. The ongoing update of contents of the ITC’s offer and the opening of 2 new courses: The Loyal Client Experience Model Fundamental Insights Case Study Programs / Schools Marketing School: The 2013 Marketing School was successfully completed with the last 2 sessions in Bogota and Bangkok. School Satisfaction Survey was created and results already delivered. Discussion on future improvements (organization wise and quality of elearning contents) ASI Newcomers: Mexico, Europe and Africa have joined the Newcomers program Operations: Launch of the certification program worldwide Special Initiatives The Better Ipsos Leaders Academy: Contents and draft material ready on the following courses: Effective Delegation Development at Ipsos The Better Ipsos Country Managers School: Contents and structure were defined and validated with CMs and Support Functions representatives / Currently working on developing training materials. PMI: completed all requirements for R.E.P. enrollment.
