Main Achievements of Q2 2013
ITC (e-learning system)
 A significant growth in the
number of people active
in the campus (+43%) in
comparison to Q1, mainly
driven by the employees’
participation in the
Marketing School.
 The ongoing update of
contents of the ITC’s offer
and the opening of 2 new
courses:
 The Loyal Client
Experience Model
 Fundamental Insights Case
Study
Programs / Schools
Marketing School:
 The 2013 Marketing School
was successfully completed
with the last 2 sessions in
Bogota and Bangkok.
 School Satisfaction Survey
was created and results
already delivered.
 Discussion on future
improvements (organization
wise and quality of elearning contents)
ASI Newcomers:
 Mexico, Europe and Africa
have joined the Newcomers
program
Operations:
 Launch of the certification
program worldwide

Challenges for Next Quarter
• Work with HRs to reach at least an
80% completion rate in the elearning courses through
commitment
• Develop and implement the CM’s
School (f2f training)
• Keep updating the contents of our
products’ training courses to
accompany the Ipsos offer
• Keep working on the The Better Ipsos
Leaders Academy
• Keep making small adjustments in
our campus to make it more user
friendly everyday
• Keep working on communicating the
L&D Philosophy, ensuring it becomes
part of the Ipsos culture
• Design new ITC communication
material to be shared with the HRs
teams and ITC users
• Increase the Management & Softskill
training offer in the ITC
